Friday morning weigh-in: 273 pounds
Starting weight: 291 pounds
Weight loss/gain since last weigh-in: +2
Total net weight loss since beginning my journey: -18 pounds


How do I feel?

Like I should have exercised this week. I've been out of my normal routine (family in town) and that makes the discipline less important.


Why is it always that way?!
