It's time to commit to this discipline again. And even though it's not the beginning of the month... well, it still means it is time for a weigh-in and measurement report. (Granted I've missed a few months... but this is a slow process.)
Weight: 282 pounds
Chest - 44 inches
Bra - 41 inches (measured just below bra strap, at the lungs)
Upper belly - 45.5 inches (this is the odd shaped bulge just above the belly button, aka the muffin top)
Waist - 43 inches
Lower belly/gut - 56.5 inches (lower abdomen - my thickest spot)
Hips - 50 inches (measured just below buttocks)
Right thigh - 33 inches
Left thigh - 32.5 inches
Right upper arm - 17.5 inches
Left upper arm - 17.5 inches
No comparison this month since it's been so long since I last measured.
