Feels good to get back into the swing of things... in the way of exercise. I hate "excuses"... but this nasty antibiotic I'm on made me act like a ravenous animal this week. By volume I ate more than I should have... but I did my best to keep it as healthy as possible. I did falter a few times... but overall, did ok.

Next week the ball will start rolling again...
