Weight loss/gain since last weigh-in: ??? I've gained, but don't know how much...
Net weight loss since beginning my journey: it's been up/down too much... i'm not counting this month

My life has been upside down due to a death in the family (and the time involved in sitting with a family member on hospice). Eating fast food and drinking extra caffeine DIDN'T help at all...


I wanted to be consistent... but LIFE wouldn't let me. That's ok... there's always this week... again.
