Starting weight: 291 pounds
Weight loss/gain since last weigh-in: 0 pounds
Total net weight loss since beginning my journey: -16 pounds
I fluctuated up this week and am now back to last week's weight. Trying to remind myself... "Slow and steady wins the race... "

How do I feel? I FEEL GREAT!!!
It's tough to keep pushing when you don't see instant results. At least with me, I know exercise is important and I do it (for the most part!) but I get frustrated because I'm not in very good shape and I'm not seeing changes. HOWEVER, it's the small things that show me that I am making improvements. I hope all is going well for you this week!
