How do I feel? Super frustrated...but will keep going, I guess...

Friday morning weigh-in: 275 pounds
Starting weight: 291 pounds
Weight loss/gain since last weigh-in: -3 pounds
Total net weight loss since beginning my journey: -16 pounds
No change since Monday... which is fine. (This past week I weighed in on Monday since I had missed the previous Friday's weigh-in. So at this slow pace I'm taking, I wasn't surprised to be at the same weight. "Slow and steady wins the race... " Remember?!)
