weekly weigh-in: 4-1-10

Thursday morning weigh-in: 279

Not exactly sure how I could have lost more weight.

I haven't been exercising consistently.
I haven't been on a regular food plan.
I haven't been eating as healthy as usual.


So I'm going to call it "help from the vacation fairies"! (And maybe it was because of the yard work, and painting, and packing and heaving boxes... I don't know!)
